Gloamgrove
Draw one straight line, let the slices fall, and give every night guest exactly the share they asked for.
iOS 16 and laterTonight at the porch table
Every fruit comes with an ask. The scales weigh each slice to a tenth of a percent.
Three things the blade must respect
Pips and stones
Hard spots turn the blade. A turned swipe costs nothing, so look for the clear lane through the flesh.
Bruises
Cut every spoiled spot away before you share, and keep the compost small.
The stem
A hanging fruit keeps the slice on its stem and drops the rest, swinging as its weight shifts.
Climbing the Gloam Tree
The trunk
First halves, long lemons, a fruit hanging over the Hedgehog. A ghost hand shows the first swipes.
Three boughs
Melon, Citrus and Stonefruit open together. Twin fruits on one table, mango cheeks around the stone, seed rows in a papaya, with nests tucked beside them.
The crown
Opens once two boughs are bare: five even strips, bruises at both ends, and at the very top the Golden Apple for four guests.
Moonrise Rush
Seventy-five seconds before the moon clears the trees. One swipe per fruit; cuts at 95% or better build a chain.
Cut & Choose
Two players, one phone. One cuts, the other picks first. Gilded pips are worth a little extra, so a fair cut is not always the clever one.
